Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your order before the restaurant confirms it.
  • The restaurant cancels your order.
  • The order is auto-cancelled due to restaurant not responding within 3 minutes.
  • Your payment failed but the amount was debited.

2. Refund Process

Online Payments (UPI/Card): Refunds are automatically initiated and processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is needed as no payment was made.

3. Partial Refunds

If you cancel after the restaurant has started preparing your order, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the restaurant.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders that have been delivered successfully.
  • Quality complaints after delivery (please contact us for resolution).
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
