1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Feesto platform (mobile application and website at feesto.co.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Feesto is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants. We facilitate the ordering and delivery process but do not prepare food ourselves. Restaurants are independent partners responsible for food quality and preparation.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
4. Orders and Payments
- All prices displayed are set by restaurants and are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Feesto charges zero platform fee and zero delivery fee to customers.
- Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, or cash on delivery (COD).
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
- Orders are subject to restaurant availability and acceptance.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 60 seconds of placement. After restaurant confirmation, cancellations are subject to the restaurant's discretion. Refunds for online payments are processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Restaurant Partners
Restaurants on Feesto are independent businesses. Feesto is not responsible for food quality, hygiene, or allergens. Restaurants are responsible for compliance with FSSAI and local food safety regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Feesto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the order amount in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
